Non-contact cleaning requires sufficient airflow and extraction capacity, but Weducon systems are designed to limit unnecessary turbulence and noise. The specially designed pressure and vacuum slots improve aerodynamic efficiency, prevent particle build-up and can reduce operating noise by up to 10 dB compared with earlier or conventional designs.
The final sound level is assessed for each configuration and installation. Where required, system layout, ducting, fan selection and positioning can be optimised further to support safe and comfortable working conditions.
